Along with these relatives Shane leaves a multitude of family and friends. Shane overcame many “obstackles” to get to where he wanted to be in life. As well as a full time college student, Shane was a loving father, husband, brother and friend. He was a creative soul and leaves a legacy of love behind him. He was a poet, lyricist and writer. The beauty that Shane saw within his family and friends will be left behind in the hearts of those that he touched. Shane had a bond with nature as well and will be forever remembered as the wind that blows our tear stained faces. There will be a memorial service to honor Shane’s life at Signal Hill Cemetery on Saturday April 10, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. “If it’s dark, you can make it light.” JSM
